Dear LVSA Members and Friends:
What a beautiful day to be at the range! High overcast, mostly sunny skies with temperatures in the mid 70’s, but Our Friend the Wind was present (10 – 15 mph switching in both intensity and direction) just to keep things interesting.
Thirty-five scores were logged, seven with irons, 28 with scopes, in today’s .22LR 50yd Bench Rest Fun Shoot.
We welcomed one new shooter, Charlie Nordholm, my nephew from Seattle, and visiting out-of-towner Pat McCoy.
Many thanks to all who helped, and of course to all who sat down at the firing line to test their last spring skills. A good time was definitely had by all.
